Michael serves as lead advisor on complex assignments and oversees transaction execution across the firm. His approach combines market insight, transaction experience, and a relationship-driven strategy focused on aligning real estate decisions with broader investment and business objectives.
Through Harbor Haven Realty, Michael works with investors, property owners, developers, and businesses to identify opportunities, structure transactions, and create value through strategic positioning and execution.

Bobby Bailey is Executive Vice President and Senior Advisor with Harbor Haven Realty, where he advises business owners, investors, and property owners on commercial real estate opportunities. He also serves as the firm’s Qualifying Broker in Georgia.
Bobby brings a relationship-driven approach to commercial real estate, with a focus on understanding the business objectives behind each assignment. His work spans tenant and buyer representation, site selection, acquisitions, expansion and relocation strategy, and property dispositions.
His broader experience in real estate, sales, supply chain, and operations provides a practical perspective when advising businesses on real estate decisions. Bobby works across the Greater Atlanta Area and Florida markets and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Bobby holds a B.S. in Logistics, Materials and Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University. His community involvement includes Habitat for Humanity and the Latin American Association, where he has served as an English-Spanish translator.

John Bailey is a Principal with Harbor Haven Realty and the founder of John Bailey Realty, an Atlanta-based residential brokerage established in 2003. With more than two decades of experience in the Atlanta real estate market, John has built an extensive network of long-standing client and industry relationships.
At Harbor Haven, John leverages those relationships to identify and develop commercial real estate opportunities. He works collaboratively with the firm's commercial brokers, co-brokering commercial assignments and combining his client relationships and market knowledge with the specialized experience of Harbor Haven's commercial team. This collaborative approach allows John to remain actively involved throughout the transaction while ensuring clients benefit from the appropriate commercial expertise and resources for each assignment.
John continues to own and operate John Bailey Realty, where his primary practice remains focused on residential real estate.
